Let's talk about how we get around here! In the Methow Valley, 93% of our local CO2 emissions come from transportation. The community-created Methow Valley Climate Action Plan identified Transportation as a priority goal. This event will be two parts: first you'll learn about existing efforts around transportation including increasing electric vehicle infrastructure, ideas for a rideshare program, and examples of other rural communities working on this issue.
